How we handle your details
Last updated: September 2026
Diagnosis Room is a systems consultancy for restaurants. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Your System Map answers: the type of restaurant you run and the options you tapped. These are saved without your name or number.
- If you book a Snapshot Call: your name, mobile number and the day and time you picked, together with your map.
- If you send an inquiry: your name, phone number, restaurant name, and anything else you choose to fill in (city, email, message).
- Monthly sales range (optional): if you pick one to see the loss estimate, it stays in your browser and is never sent to us.
- Visit counts: anonymous daily totals of how many people open the check, start it, finish it and book a call. These contain nothing that identifies you.
Why we collect it
- To call or message you about the call you booked or the inquiry you sent.
- To prepare for that call using your map.
- To see, in totals, where the System Map can be made easier to use.
We don't sell your details, share them with other businesses, or add you to marketing lists.
Where it's stored
Your details are stored securely with Google Firebase. Only Diagnosis Room can read them; the website itself can only send new entries in, not read them back.
How long we keep it
We keep contact details for as long as we're in touch about your request, or for up to two years after our last conversation, and then delete them. Anonymous answers and visit counts may be kept longer, since they can't be linked to you.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details you've shared at any time. Email abhishekand.1111@gmail.com with the name and number you used, and we'll act on it within 7 days.
